My favorite bike shop. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
My husband and I came in to check out some fat bikes. The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure. We took three separate bikes out each for test rides which was great to really figure out which bike we wanted. Have come back since purchasing and always have friendly service and honest opinions. We also appreciate that the shop is community involved. Highly recommend, wonderful experience.
My bike decided to eat a bottom bracket bearing on turkey day. Took it in on Saturday morning and Tony had me fixed up and out the door in about 20 min. These guys are awesome!!
Funny story, or not. My bike came home from last year’s long ride in a box, and more or less went straight to the local bike shop in my area: Backcountry Bike and Ski in Palmer, Alaska. Palmer is a little town, about 10,000 or so folks in the area, and it is nice to have a full service bike shop where I can spend my money in a way that benefits the community in which I live as opposed to having it just disappear into big business enterprise in Anchorage.
