Service workers beware: hoa will yell at you for parking on the side of the road. Nevermind residents who do, but I was yelled at today by a karen working on a customer's house, after her yelling and honking the horn just to tell me I can't park there (I did call her a karen, you can understand why). An hoa representative made physical contact with me trying to push me along also. Wouldn't recommend living, visiting nor working there, even for the 55 minutes I was there today.
My wife's car got hit by an umbrella from the pool and we were told by the association that they would not cover the damages even though it was caused from their negligence when installing the umbrella. After emailing back and forth with Paden (the assistant general manager), he just decided to ignore me rather than write me a message explaining that the damages would not be covered by the association. The pool is amazing. View is outstanding. Lifeguards are so nice! We had a great visit with family.
