The people here are so kind and helpful I am really happy with everything they have done for me.
Laura is an absolute gem. She notices everything down to the smallest details, including things I didn't notice about myself. She's made 2 sets of orthotics for me and it's fascinating how she can watch someone stand and walk, do some rocket science in her head, then adjust things on the spot. She's very professional and knowledgable but also knows when something is beyond her scope of practice. Give this lady a raise (like she did with my orthotics) 🙏

I was recommended to have heel lifts made. I was given a list of places and Back2feet was at the top. I met with Laura who spent an entire hour with me. We decided to get 2 sets of heel lifts which she installed in my shoes. What a difference! Laura has been doing this work for 20 years. She is definitely an expert in her work. The storefront is deceiving small as there are multiple examples rooms. All of the staff are very kind. I highly recommend Laura at Back2feet, you won’t be disappointed.
