Took my grandson, age 10, here a couple of years ago, after a muscle injury. A male therapist was very concerned, asked all the relevant questions, ensured my grandson was comfortable with the process, and requested that I stay throughout. He was highly skilled and professional and produced wonderful results! After only a few visits, my grandson came away feeling great! An excellent experience!
After having an extremely productive deep tissue massage with Tina only 3 weeks ago; I didn't hesitate to schedule again. After doing so, the day before my appointment, I receive a phone call from the receptionist stating that they will not work with patients who are covered by Manulife insurance. She abruptly cancels my appointment and hangs up. Does not give me any reasoning. Not impressed and will not recommend based on lack of common courtesy and professionalism.
Had a good first experience here. I scheduled an by phone and received an email confirmation immediately. The receptionist also called the night before to confirm the appointment. Antonio is very professional and thorough, making me feel at ease as a new patient. They were also able to process direct billing to my insurance company (Manion) so that's a huge bonus for me. Overall good experience!
Dont bother. Rude people and rude front desk. Absolutely not worthy. Simple money makers. Got stuck in bad weather and snow and Ivanka threatened us that she is going to charge insurance company as you could not make it, and was so rude and loud. Going to complain BBb and my insurance if they going to charge for a now show. They lost two of their customers today, me and my wife
