Web sight stated that they were open and we went to two different locations and they both were closed and this was at lunchtime. One was inside with other business inside the same building so we used their restroom inside the building and one toilet was so full of tissue and wouldn't flush, paper all over the floor, just nasty, told the workers beside Back Yard Burgers and the two young ladies both said they were not cleaning it up especially if it overflows. This is the worst location ever! The man at the window had no teeth and was really rude! It was paper left on my cheese! I almost chocked!
My cobbler was burnt really bad, and they still served it.
Horrible customer service ! Never coming back ! They treated me like I meant nothing
