Back Tree Service is the best we have ever had. After the tornado in *************, Ky, we had them take down a tree. They were very professional and efficient, and did it for a reasonable price.

I have known the people at Back Tree Service for over 25 years and they are by far the most qualified Arborists in the area. Make no mistake, this is very hard and dangerous work, it requires knowledge, skill and the right equipment. You don't want a guy with a chainsaw and pickup truck just because it’s the cheaper option. Been a customer for a few years... called to make sure I was getting the discount applied that I normally would get and was told the "discount period had ended." Requested to talk to owner, he called and told me I would not be getting the discount and that he did not want my business due to the fact that I was so brazen to request it after the period had ended. I have been a loyal customer and would have used this service the rest of my life, but Mr. B*** was willing to let it go over a 10% discount, he was also rude as hell... read more

Mr. ****** signed and email an estimate on Feb. 7, 2017 approving to have an injection on his Ash tree. The estimate states **** Tree is offering a 10% discount for pre-payment by Feb. 15, 2017. Mr. ****** did not send payment with his approval. He was sent an email on Feb. 7th at 11:01am asking if he would like to pay by credit card or mail in a check to receive this discount.
