I've never had services here (sounds like they do a good job) but I did call in to inform them that a driver almost caused a multi-car accident (after cutting me off, they proceeded to play a game of stop and go on a very busy street). I was told by a rude person answering the phones, that they didn't have drivers. Possibly the same rude front desk person mentioned in prior reviews? I’ve been to my share of chiropractors, but this place is tops — I’m so glad I found it. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Jung is exactly the kind of doctor you hope to find: wonderful personality, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened to everything I had to say and walked me through the treatment plan patiently using easy-to-understand visuals. With his sports medicine background, I’m confident my body will be back in alignment in no time!
My experience with Dr. Jung has been amazing! Along with back alignment I’ve tried everything to help my TMJ discomfort and he was able to alleviate it with a few chiropractic sessions by guiding it back into place.
Is there not 10 stars? Dr Jung and Lily are a 10! I was greeted by Lily who was sooooo kind and welcoming had answers to all my questions. That’s where it started as I felt her comforting vibe in there. Then had the pleasure of meeting Dr Jung, who did nothing short of a miracle! I suffer with Arthritis and Fibromyalgia daily. I wish i could give this place 00000. but there is no Option for that. they all are Highway robbery #1- the owner and #2- the Acupuncture guy Dr. Han's Included front Desks all of them are Highway robberies. they don't even want you to sign for what you use. they just added behind your back a lot of things that you didn't use Or knowing about it. and at the end of the day they send you the bill never aware about it. the charge is out of control. it's very sad. they send you a big bill that they never even serve you at all. s... read more
