I ordered a lavender jar and the 3 herb seedlings. I only received the lavender jar. When I told them about it they said they would send it out. I told them I just wanted a refund for that part. They disregarded my request and sent it out anyway. When it arrived the cilantro seedlings were yellow and half dead and the mint was scrawny and had black spots. Bought a oyster mushroom grow kit and it didnt work out, yall sent me a free one for the troubles, well that thing took off and i harvested 6 pounds, flipped it over got 3.5 pounds ..... lowes had your product buy one get one clearance so i bought the rest .... i was pretty bummed out that i didnt get a pink oyster mushroom grow kit ..... hooe to see other mushrooms avalible in the future ..... 100% recommend love love your product
I purchased the indoor garden kit. This includes a chili pepper kit, mushroom kit, tomato kit, and a mint/basil/cilantro kit. The mushrooms grew mold, reaching out to CS was a huge pain but they eventually sent me a replacement kit. The replacement kit looked gross but they insisted it was fine, fast forward four days and it is growing a dark grey fuzzy mold. The mint never sprouted and the soil had mold. my oldest nephew and niece with thier grows! It was thier first time ever growing at eating oysters! So glad you all provide such a great service for kids and adults to enjoy!!!!
