I had a difficult problem in my new home: the stone fabricator cut a hole for the cooktop that was way too large, and I couldn't use my new induction cooktop. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have a corian counter and sink that is 25 years old. Although the counters still look great, the sink had some hairline cracks down by the drain. BTP (John) cut out the old sink to replace with another new corian sink. It is absolutely perfect. He did a great job. You'd never even know the sink was replaced except that is new, beautiful, and perfect. Picture attached.
The workmanship was a 15. They were so clean and careful. I had a flood in my kitchen from our dishwasher They took care of everything and in a timely manner.
John was professional, ontime and communicative. However, i’m dissapointed with a couple of things: 1. The goo that was used to replace the chipped part is a bit darker than the surrounding area making it more noticeable. I understand it would never be perfect, but even John mentioned he wished he would have used a lighter color. If thats the case and even he recognized it could have matched better, i’m not sure why it wasn’t. It could’ve looked better. 2.
