I had purchased a service contract, and now see that the phones are no longer working, and that the contract is useless. Christa H Do you have something like ZERO star rating?
I found out today that my service contract was useless. I stopped by the shop and the place was locked up and they won't answer phone calls or text messages.. Apparently out of business.
Bought the UV System from Back to New and the experience were more than excellent! Technician showed up on time, was very professional and did what was stated and quoted. Cheryl Saad-Kulikoski Inverness, Fl.
This Company advertises that it has BBB rating of A+ but has been de-registered by the BBB for failing to rectify a large number of complaints from different customers. I would avoid them like the plague as their customer service is zero.
