If you’re looking for a chiropractor who’s empathetic and who knows what there doing, see Ken. I noticed I can breathe in deeper and I’m having less trouble sitting up straight since I’ve been seeing Ken for the past couple of months. He explains everything he’s doing and how it’s going to affect you. I 100% recommend him and I have no complaints whatsoever :)
A nice enough guy but use caution if you had a prior injury and go here. My shoulder hadn’t hurt in over a year and one adjustment here and it has been in pain the past few weeks. Also I question his negative black and white stance on weight lifting. That practice helped my shoulder while chiropractic care seemed to redamage and misalign it :(
I am much more flexible than before I started going to Back to Life Chiropractic. Ken explains what he's doing as he does it. I have a lot less pain in my lower back and the hump in my neck is going away too. Highly recommend.
Dr.Ken is one of a kind. He genuinely wants to help. He truly hopes one day you won’t need him. In under a year of seeing him I have more energy and focus, stand taller and hurt a lot less. He even will send you home with stretches to help your progress explaining why and how it helps you.
