I live in Faribault but its totally worth the trip to Richfield. Very busy and popular place so get there early!

Once again I have had a good experience at Back To Health. I went today, on 1/23/26, to renew my DOT medical card by getting a DOT physical. The staff is always nice and the doctor is as well. I have been coming here for years now and I will keep coming back. See y'all in 2 years
Been coming here the past few years for DOT drug tests and physicals… they get you out the door pretty quick and don’t BS around with you. I’ve never had a problem with the staff and their all pleasant friendly people.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst place I’ve ever been to. The service was slow, rude, and unprofessional. The environment was dirty and uncomfortable, and it felt like nobody cared about the customers at all. Absolutely nothing lived up to basic expectations — from the attitude of the staff to the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
