Been going here for my dot physicals for the last 10 years. You should arrive early and expect to wait in your vehicle or outside for your turn. A beeper will be given to you to notify you. The staff and doctor are very nice and professional. They even speak Spanish if needed. I highly recommend this place.
I'm the compliance officer of a transportation company in Minnesota. We request all of our employees go to Back to Health. In my experience, he is one of the few who really quantify the medical histories and follows the FMCSA requirements and guidelines. Today, one of our employees came in to thank us for sending him to Back to Health instead of his prior examiner.
