Dr. Crocker is just the best! Went for alpha gal and she helped with MCAS and rag weed. The acupuncture worked!! I can now eat mammal with no issue. She is so informative and explains everything in detail.

I'm so thankful for a facility, and for those who work in them, that put their patients needs first. I have been going to Dr Melanie. For about a year and a half. My reason for going there is I have Alpha gal. After being tested,found out I have several different allergies. Did the needle acupuncture to try to help. It did not help me. But the knowledge and information that I got helped,me to avoid the stuff that I was allergic to. Unethical insurance practice for new patients. They’ll tell you they can’t pull up your insurance info or that somethings wrong with it so that you pay them directly and avoid insurance taking their portion for your visit. Which leaves the patient to pay out of pocket for visit & means payment does not get applied towards patients insurance deductible. Aside from that the doc was nice and helped alleviate some pain.
