Very professional and trested my injury very effectively and most importantly reduced my pain level ! This is not a comfort couples massage treatment, but actual treatment for your sore muscles. Some are painful to treat but you need to work through ut with the therapist. The are very skilled and will work with you to reduce your pain. I have had a massage treatment with Mr.R J Galawan, and finished my day in a Richmond Hospital with dizziness, nausea and symptoms of micro stroke. I am very disappointed.
Rude and unprofessional receptionist. Did not attempt to help with any requests. Never felt more humiliated or experienced worst customer service like this before.
