I never thought I would enlist the services of a Life Coach, but I did and it has been very helpful. Alex has helped me drill down on my goals and has helped me build tools to realize my goals. I had immense pain in my neck, scapula and arm - wasn’t sleeping for a week. Alex did trigger point therapy and I feel like a different person. Absolutely AMAZING!!! He is a gem!!!
