Stay away from this place!!! I had a very bad experience with them. I was charged extra money as processing fees (\$150) plus delivery \$50(I understand fee for delivery) when my mattress came different size than supposed to and I had to get another mattress. They are nice till they get your money and then they will squeeze more money out of you if they can find a little chance.

I have ordered three set of matresses from Back to Bed from this particular salesman and not once did I feel pressured or annoyed with him. In fact, he had moved to another store and I called him and placed an order from the store he was moved to. I think he is a very professional salesman. He has always been kind and courteous. I have referred many people to Back to Bed for the reason being I was not pressured at all while I was selecting my purchase.
