I didn’t understand why this company had such horrible reviews until I started working with them for services for my child. Unfortunately 1 star is too high of a rating. If this company calls you to provide services for your child, trust me and tell them no thank you and keep waiting on the list. You will save yourself a lot of time, effort and wasted communication attempts. Do better Back to Basics.
I just wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful Sarah has been. She is a supervisor and also works directly with my daughter, Chloe, who is 5 years old, autistic, and nonverbal. Sarah comes to our home in the mornings to help Chloe get ready for school, and the level of care she shows is truly incredible.
