This review is regarding David at the Back Store on East Bidwell in Folsom. I had the pleasure of having him help me with bed options. He was very knowledgeable and was kind, polite and friendly. David went above and beyond what I’ve ever seen in customer service. He came to my residence in an attempt to fix the modular on my Tempur-pedic…. and followed through that day to problem solve solutions. David is an exemplary employee and as a customer appreciated his expertise!

We had such a great experience at this store. We started our search for the perfect chair at a bigger design store, but quickly realized we wanted something more personalized and less pushy. So we asked Gemini AI to help us find a great locally owned store with amazing customer service, and it sent us to the Ultimate Back Store in Folsom. We went in, and Kyle was really great. I had an excellent experience at the Folsom "The Ultimate Back Store". Kyle helped us choose a LifeForm Ultimate Executive Mid Back Chair, and he was outstanding throughout the entire process. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions, explaining the differences between models and helping us find the right fit. What stood out most was his approach — patient, thorough, and never pushy. It made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommended.
