Outstanding customer service! Not only did we have an amazing in store experience, but the delivery guys made it extra special. They were patient with the setup and careful not to cause damage to existing furniture. They made sure our adjustable base was working properly which took a bit of time (existing bed slats were in the way). Would recommend this store to anyone!
Great service by Tracy. Helix mattress is wonderful.
Ken was great!!! He helped us find the perfect mattress. If their regular business hours don't work for you, go to their website and request an appointment. This ensures you get the time you need and one on one time to help decide which mattress is best for you.
Friendly. helpful store personnel and really love the Helix split king mattress and adjustable frame.
Unethical, did not honor contract of A mattress purchased, just over one yr. Ago. Owner refused to return calls and do the right thing. AVOID THIS BUSINESS for all your purchases.
