Quite an interesting facility considering what the product is being handled. The majority of people in the city and metro area rely on this facility. The government can regulate the inflow of water, gas, and electricity to a home but not the outflow or discharge of waste. As long time employees of BRWWTP say, "it's your poop but our bread and butter!"
