I can't say enough amazing things about this location and its incredible, caring, talented PT clinicians. Katie, Jocelyn, and Alex are all stellar! I am so beyond grateful to them for all their help rehabbing my dislocated shoulder! Katie has been my lead PT and I love her so much! She is fantastic to work with. Also Ben at the front desk is always so helpful with scheduling. Thank you all!
I highly recommend this practice! Friendly, relaxed clinicians provided great care -- good listeners, thoughtful guidance, warm environment, flexible with the treatment plan. Because of my schedule, I ended up seeing three different clinicians (Katie, Alex, and Payam) and all of them were delightful.
Amazing team
I was at Baystate on Washington st in Brookline for a couple times. Every time was very happy with the results of my PT. Right now, I have been seen by Rachael and Joselyn and their approach to my problem is beyond words. So thankful to be a patient at Bay State.
