I brought in my Fiat 500 Pop for service because I do a lot of driving around town and needed both the left and right CV axle shafts replaced. Back on Track Auto provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I explained that I needed the repair done quickly due to my work, and Raul—who I believe was at the front desk—was very helpful in getting me scheduled within a week. This is a very honest and professional shop. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service needs.
Gave me a diagnosis for a faulty computer for my truck that won't start, however could not find a replacement or resolve the issue. I was charged $169 (with a discount) for their time and efforts despite a lack of progress made towards getting the truck back on track. Honest and friendly guy running the shop, biggest complaint my fuse box was left taken apart with a few relays missing.
Raul was great! My 03 Toyota highlander v6 awd needed a new computer. It wouldn't pass smog. He was very flexible, I could bring my own part or he could find one for us. We ended up going with him looking for one. He also relearn the new computer to the vehicle. The price was very good compared to most places. I was recommended to electric lab, but they charged too much. I'm glad I found this place.
