I called to reschedule at the Orange Park location a week later. I went to the office only to find out they were closed. I called the main number only to find out they didn’t reschedule me as I originally requested. My experience only gets worst. I had to drive to their other location in Baymeadows. My first initial consultation wasn’t good. I asked the doc to discuss my x-rays. He avoided multiple times to go into detail about my x-ray results. Initial phone impressions matched the notations of attitudes. I was pushed by Erika to try to provide my information up. I have never been in an auto accident or this situation. I wanted to weigh in my options, yesterday though when I called I was pressured. I felt like I was being read a phone script. Then when I told Erika I wanted to do research and call back, she said they closed in 15mins and it's better to do it now. She said it would be easy to change if I wanted to later. Stan is the best BUT the other people are okay. I had an issue with some people so the manager/supervisor talked to me and made it right. I appreciate it when people fix things to serve their customers better. If I were in FL again, I would go back for their services and would recommend them.
