I had a great experience at Back in the Game! I bring my mom to her therapy 3 times a week. The entire team is professional and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Patty. She truly goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive one. Patty is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. This was the first time I had to go somewhere for physical therapy. The front staff was great and kept me up to date with my needs as far as dealing with my insurance. Trey and Rachel were my two therapists that I saw, and they were both great to work with and made it fun (If that's possible). If you want a place to go to get back into your routine, then this is your place. THANK YOU BACK IN THE GAME!!
The Physical Therapist are great here but the staff isn’t great. I’ve had issues in the past trying to get a call back and I’m not on one week and three call and message attempts at trying to schedule something from my son. I tried to give them another chance but not worth it.
Amazing facility. Top notch. Wonderful group of people.
