The Physical Therapist are great here but the staff isn’t great. I’ve had issues in the past trying to get a call back and I’m not on one week and three call and message attempts at trying to schedule something from my son. I tried to give them another chance but not worth it.
Amazing facility. Top notch. Wonderful group of people.
About my experience, I can only say that it was the best. I am extremely grateful to this group, especially to Dr. Rachel Johnson, who was always attentive to my progress with character and professionalism.
