I can’t recommend Shane Woodhouse enough! Since starting strength and conditioning sessions for footy, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my fitness, strength, and confidence. Shane really knows his stuff, is passionate about growth and is great at tailoring programs to your changing needs. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients, their progress and achieving their goals. The whole BIM team are supper friendly too!

Not only am I back on track for the upcoming season, but I’m also feeling stronger and more confident than ever.
