Love this place. The people that work there are really pleasant and nice to talk to. They're really knowledgeable and pretty much tell you what will help and how it works. Been to a few places where they just toss an exercise at you and just watch without giving a proper example. Super recommend going to this place.
I was very pleased with Back in Motion! Tessa was amazing! She was tough but fair. She pushed me to the limit, but when I couldn’t do anymore, she listened to me and we stopped. As a result ,when I went to my surgeon for my six week check up he told me I no longer needed PT and that my range was perfect. I would recommend back in Motion to everyone. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
“Back In Motion” has been a very pleasant, informative and life changing experience. I’ve been twice over the past couple of years for different issues.
