When I walked in, he was on the phone about personal banking problems. He was wearing shorts and a long sleeved under armour type shirt. When he put me on the table, he went through the motions of adjusting me but he only popped my neck. I asked him about it and he asked if I had heard all the popping. I did not. When I went to the front desk to pay, he walked past me, into his office saying "uR gOoD"...
