The back 40 used to be our every Friday night after work dinner go to for many years. We even had them cater our wedding back in 2000! Too bad they've changed the menu (trying to compete with fine dining like Vic Stewart's & Ruth's Chris). Back 40 used to be a place where you could get a great meal at a good price. Not anymore. So sad.
