Solid brisket. Mashed potatoes were on point. Ribs were good. Waiter was new but that didn't hamper our dinner. I would recommend.
I ordered a combo platter to sample the brisket and the sausage (which is THE measure of BBQ, in my opinion.) Both were WAY over cooked--DRY with hard edges, that I left on my plate. While I was paying my bill, the man at the register asked me how my meal was, and I told him the truth. He comped the brisket and said he'd "check with the cook." I wish I'd checked the other reviews-- dry, over cooked meat seems to be a big problem, not an isolated case. (I ordered the "juicy" brisket, not the lean!) It's NOT close to Texas BBQ... read more
