Located in Beautiful Steamboat Springs Colorado, we have a passion for fresh, natural ingredients and a love of old fashioned Burgers and Brews. We hand cut our produce, french fries, and onion rings every morning and we only use Natural Colorado Beef in our hand formed burger patties. We love making the food that we make and we care about the people that we serve it to.ย

So disappointed. When Backdoor first opened, it was my favorite spot. Unfortunately the food and service seem to be on a steady decline. On more than one occasion the over worked staff has made a mess of a simple classic single, any minor requests were too much the handle. Had a cigarette butt tossed on me from the bar upstairs, burned a hole in my shirt and pants. The waitress lied and said it was handled and offered me one of their crappy t shirts. When talking to the owner he acted like we were hassling him for this thing that happened. He assumed 0 accountability and was a jerk to me and my wife and said "there is nothing I van do" So I guess they where expecting me to advertise their business by wearing their tshirt after my bad experience? I have been to the Back Door Grill twice. Once when they were very new and I ate the En Fuego, ghost pepper burger!๏ฟฝ They did not have the T-shirts yet for eating that challenge burger but after I consumed that delicious, spiciness they honorably mailed me that T-shirt at their expense! Not impressed. The staff was great. They were extremely busy and handled themselves well. I was disappointed with the food. My burger was burger less. Had a ton of cheese with no meat. Not worth what we paid.ย
