So disappointed. When Backdoor first opened, it was my favorite spot. Unfortunately the food and service seem to be on a steady decline. Had a cigarette butt tossed on me from the bar upstairs, burned a hole in my shirt and pants. The waitress lied and said it was handled and offered me one of their crappy t shirts. When talking to the owner he acted like we were hassling him for this thing that happened. He assumed 0 accountability and was a jerk to me and my wife and said "there is nothing I van do" So I guess they where expecting me to advertise their business by wearing their tshirt after my bad experience? I have been to the Back Door Grill twice. Once when they were very new and I ate the En Fuego, ghost pepper burger!οΏ½ They did not have the T-shirts yet for eating that challenge burger but after I consumed that delicious, spiciness they honorably mailed me that T-shirt at their expense! Not impressed. The staff was great. They were extremely busy and handled themselves well. I was disappointed with the food. My burger was burger less. Had a ton of cheese with no meat. Not worth what we paid.Β
