We successfully purchased ONE bike and ONE trailer from Back Door Bike Shop about 5 years ago. Have tried to purchase other bikes since then but nobody returns calls.
RecommendedHonest service, and everything i have needed, even stuff the shop doesn't carry was sourced for me and sold to me at better than competitive rates. His lifetime service on bikes bought in the shop is unheard of, and by far a top reason to buy from Josh.
The guy who runs it is really nice guy. He stands behind the bikes he sells. bought a bike from him 15 years ago, everytime I have a problem i bring it to him.

Josh is terrific when you stop in with a minor or big bike problem. He is always helpful and "Johnny on the Spot" to help! Awesome that we have a great bike shop right here in Plymouth. Highly recommend if you need bike repairs or new bike, you should shop the Back Door Bike Shop.
