The BEST camper dealership in Mississippi hands down. Our saleswoman Amanda was so friendly and professional throughout the entire buying process. As soon as we stepped in the door we felt like family. Everyone in the parts department helped us get all of the accessories we needed and taught us everything we needed to know with this being our first camper. I bought my camper from a dealership that closed. Jayco sent me to Back Country for warranty work. Barry in warranty has gone out of his way to help me. The work was done in a timely manner and correctly.
My wife and I were on vacation over 900 miles away from home and noticed something not right with our hitch. It had come loose so we stopped in after dropping our trailer and they noticed bolts were loose! Took the time to take an impact gun to it and now we can take the rest of our trip worry free!! Thank you so much the Hands.
Beware!! Service department- I recently took my Jayco Eagle to my LOCAL Jayco dealer for repair of my slide. They recommended to have the roof sealed in which I told them ok to do as well and sent me down the road with a hefty bill. I then went to start cleaning my camper up a couple months later for use only to find my slide to only be in worse condition than before.
