Beware!! Service department- I recently took my Jayco Eagle to my LOCAL Jayco dealer for repair of my slide. They recommended to have the roof sealed in which I told them ok to do as well and sent me down the road with a hefty bill. I then went to start cleaning my camper up a couple months later for use only to find my slide to only be in worse condition than before. BUYER BEWARE! We traded our TT for a 5er. They delivered. BUT, they didn't finish the work they promised before they delivered. And they WILL NOT return a call. The other reviews are right, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SON-IN-LAW While walking around the 5er when we first were interested, the owners son-in-law walked around with us along with the female owner.
