Found out my RV A/C went out. Called the service department and they did say they were busy. I told them that's fine, but then they told me they were going to get back with me. After 1 hour past, i called the service department again and they told me a tech with be calling me shortly. This was a week ago. I went to Jim's RV parts for something unrelated and spoke with a employee about AC work. He told me that he was a RV tech for Camping Kingdom and they offer mobile work. Prompt, friendly, knew what they were doing, arrived sooner than they said they would. Helped us out of a bind on a cross country trip. Highly recommend!
Going to Talladega and our brake/light drug on ground... Back Country got us a new one and fixed us up! Great job and people! PS We ate from Louisiana and traveling through!
