Picked the Back Clinic at Alamo Ranch off a Google search due to it's location to me and the services they provided that I needed. I am very happy that I selected this business over all the many other suggestions I was given. Seems like there is a Chiropractor, Back Clinic on every corner nowdays! Dr. G was fantastic! After getting rear ended, I need chiropractic help and he delivered. Unlike other chiropractors I've seen, he spent time with me to understand my issues and used his four decades of experience to personalize treatment to best help me heal. On top of that, he's friendly and flexible; he was willing to work directly with the insurance companies, making it easier for me to focus on healing.

I've been seeing chiropractors for many years and finding a new one when I move is always difficult. After trying 2 other offices here in SA, I finally happened on the Back Clinic and am so glad I found Dr. Guerra and his unique and effective techniques. Dr. Guerra and I discussed my goals and he agreed that we should aim for visits just once a month. After 3 visits, I'm back to needing to go in only once a month for maintenance, instead of every one to two weeks like I was with other chiropractors in the area.
