This is my new favorite store! I go to the Marietta location. Melissa accepts only the nicest things and I have found something I love every time I visit. The staff is so friendly it is like shopping with friends! Love love love this store!
First time online shoppers beware! Please learn of their rules before shopping. I’m still in shock to learn that someone else bought my item because they paid for it before I did. Invoice came at 10:39 pm. (Yes I was asleep) I inquired about my invoice at 9:30 am. Received response which included message telling me I had 10 min to pay or i would get a refund. I have mainly been participating in the live sales and online shopping. I love the items I have received and I have received them in a timely manner! The staff is very helpful when calling to check on certain things like combining shipping Etc!
The store itself is not very handicapped accessible, but when shopping with my daughter who needs a wheelchair because of balance problems our experience on several occasions was great. My daughter walked, instead of being in her chair, through the store and was allowed to sit when we were shopping for homecoming and prom dresses and the staff helped find a fitting room large enough so I could go in and help her!
After reading a few negative reviews I had to add my two cents!!! For what it's worth I love this Lilburn store and the employees! I always feel welcome and am usually in my sweats having come from the gym! I am greeted by name by the ladies that know me and I consider this a home away from home!!!
I love mellissa and her team. They work constantly to bring us high end ,great value peices. Always responsive to any questions. I've learned so much about brands I've always like to buy quality because it last and mostly timeless. And here I can afford things i could only Dream of owning.
Many successful shopping adventures. There's always something for everyone. So many choices in every department/nook and cranny. You can even shop online thru the website & they'll ship it to you for a small shipping fee. Better yet, you can watch the girls do "LIVE" feed. LOL, I call it the Melissa Show. Don't forget, they've gift certificates! I got one for Christmas and I can't wait to shop. To top it off, the staff is amazing and very helpful.
