I've known Jacob Payne for about 20 years. He's very reliable, trustworthy and has a great work ethic. He is also very knowledgeable in this business. I've had him come out and treat for termites. The pests are gone and the price was reasonable.

Great experience! Jacob showed up 5 minutes EARLY for our appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough! He exceeded all expectations, patiently explained everything he did and what I could expect over the next week in regards to the yellowjacket infestation he had treated. The only thing I regret is that I didn't ask Jacob to let me take a picture of the actual nest that he dug up and removed.
