Back Bay Pest is for real! After not getting return phone calls from multiple pest companies, Back Bay Pest was at my home in the same day to provide a quote. They said they would rid our home of squirrels! Hector did it in half the time quoted!! Highly Recommend!!
This company was highly recommended and I just set up an appointment. The girl who answered the phone - Daniel - was a breath of fresh air to talk to - friendly, accommodating, professional, and efficient. I will be sure to give an update on the service but so far, I am very impressed. One could tell a lot about a business by the way they train their customer service.
This company will do everything correctly from the start, they are absolute professionals to the core. Don't waste your time or money on anyone else, I promise that you won't regret calling Back Bay Pest first! Even when the schedule is completely booked they always care enough to juggle things around to make sure you are taken care of. I will never use or recommend anyone else in this business to take care of my personal residence or any of my clients.
Jacob and his crew did a awesome job for us on our rental property. The crawl space was hot mess but now all clean and enclosed so no more critters can get in.
I just completed a home sale transaction and Jacob and staff made it happen. We've had so much rain this past month and other companies have been taking advantage by quoting inflated costs for remediation of moisture in crawl spaces. I was in urgent need of pest and rodent control for my house in Virginia Beach. After a quick appointment was made, Graham arrived at my house punctually and ready to offer advice and solutions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the house and was able to provide me with an estimate and time frame for the problems to be solved.
