Don't waste your time. Maybe this place was good in the past but it seems it's being run into the ground. If you like group therapy that consists of the same boring lectures over and over then maybe this is the place for you. I wasn't even able to get prescriptions after I left and they saw me as a liability due to self harm tendencies.
for someone, not me. rigid, poorly organized structure. not queer friendly. no need to be proficient in neutral language, but could have not been ma’am’d and miss’d at every turn. was a ridiculously complex process to opt out of and once I did, they spent a year trying to swindle my insurance into paying them +$3k for the *one day* that I attended the program. eventually they sent me a bill for a seemingly arbitrary $46.05. just a mess all around. and despite their name, they do not offer services in back bay.
This is a truly special place — one that changed the course of my life in ways I will forever be grateful for. From the moment I arrived, I felt that I wasn’t just another client walking through the door.
