I would give Dr. Bloom and his sucky office 0 stars if I could. Let's start at the beginning. In Oct of 2016, my boyfriend went in for a required physical exam from his work. To be clear - he had medical insurance that would cover this physical. When we went, we waited about 30-45 minutes AFTER our set appointment time to see the doctor. Whatever, it happens.
