RecommendedToday I became a patron of Back Bay Drugs and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service. I went into the pharmacy in somewhat of a panic- and Mr. Ted and Katelyn were so absolutely amazing that they calmed me right down and I left with a grand smile on my face. They are kind and helpful and very fair on the prices. I’m so glad I went into this fantastic shop today. I HIGHLY recommend Back Bay Drugs to anyone that will listen.

I had an issue getting a Prescription from Walmart. It was going to take them a week to get it in, but Back Bay Drugs saved me and I was able to get it overnighted! I will never go back to Walmart for my prescriptions. Back Bay was not only fast and efficient they were also super friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them :)

We always get our prescriptions filled here have never had a problem and if they are out by the next day they normally have it. Love the staff always courteous and nice.
They do things that are not legal, and they have bugs in their ice cream.
Refused to fill a family members WITHDRAWAL medication - claiming he would lose money, and he doesn't like dealing with "addicts". Even though he had the medication in stock. The rudest thing I have ever encountered in my life. She went 24 hours without and due to the side effects, she was extremely ILL, if he filled the script she would have been fine. This place needs to be shut down. Discrimination at its finest! Never go here if your in a bind and need a life saving medication - you won't get it!
I have been going here for 10years, great people and fast service!!!
