This department is useless. I have been dealing with back problem and bulged disc for over 2 years, and they are not doing help to treat my condition. Their physical therapy is waste of time and money. My appointments are always delayed over 45 minutes.

Horrible place would not recommend. Cindy was rude and wouldn’t even try to help out. I was late from a car accident ( not mine) that held up traffic I tried explaining that to her she didn’t care. Then I try to ask for other later appointments possibly but wouldn’t even talk she has a horrible attitude and no help what so ever maybe time she needs to retire. People come here for help and are in pain and they don’t care.

I was referred to this facility by my primary care provider in hopes of receiving care for ongoing nerve damage. I have already exhausted physical therapy, dietary changes, alternative medications, and exercise in an effort to manage my pain, none of which have been effective. I arrived 30 minutes early for my 1:30 PM appointment and was taken back at 1:12 PM. ... read more

I was referred here by my PCP and I was literally turned away because the referral stated that I needed medication. I have done everything from hot/cold compresses, topical creams, physical therapy/aqua therapy, all the injections you can think of, CBT, had a device implanted and taken out, 5 surgeries with hardware put in and removed twice, and tried all non opioid medications. Nothing has worked in the course of 13+ years and I actually need something to help treat my debilitating pain. I have x-rays, MRI’s, CT scans, and ... read more

Worst place I've ever been! Treats you like a number they can't get rid of fast enough. They never cared what I had to say, and just did what they could to shut me up and get me out. They also almost killed me, having me on so much medication that I went into Adrenal crisis and almost died. That's when I left, the best decision I've ever made!
