Did a drop in on work travel. Good coaches, members and gym.
We travel for golf and rocked this place last 2 days for 3 classes. Super sick Ballin gym!!! Will join every time we are in Phoenix. Thanks for helping us and we Will be back

I travel a lot for work and have visited dozens of gyms around the world. After one drop in class at Back Alley I can tell you this is the most special gym I've found outside of my home gym at Green Lake Strength and Conditioning in Seattle. Most gyms are friendly. Back Alley is welcoming and that's a big difference. You can tell it is a community, not just a broey sufferfest. There are dogs. There is even a play area for little kids. This is now my home away from home gym when I'm in Phoenix.
Great programming, friendly coaches and owner, and overall great vibe! Whether you're looking for a new gym, want to try out CrossFit for the first time, or are just dropping in to Phoenix, I highly recommend Back Alley.
