From our first meeting many years ago at a fair when we were just "wishful thinking", to now when we've had our Bullfrog for 3 years, Krista and Brandon have been awesome. They answered all our questions, gave us very valuable advice, and continue to provide great service.
Very dissatisfied with back acres hot tubs ! Called for service and was told we are not a priority . Told to look elsewhere for help . Couldn't even get an appointment . We have spent a lot of money at this establishment. , repair jobs , chemicals , even had them put in a window . If you want help look elsewhere . Sad .
We love our bullfrog spa. Krista and Brandon are a joy to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly, and care about their customers. Highly recommend Back acres hot tubs to everyone :)
