I am a new RV owner, the place I got it from did NOT show me correctly how to use the RV, how to set it up, or anything. I was completely in the dark. They came out and I am beyond happy with the services. Very honest, reliable, FAIR PRICED, and now I feel like my home is set. We walked around and I pointed things out, he fixed immediately and we moved onto the next thing. I will NEVER use anybody else. A huge weight feels like it was taken off my shoulders. We were on our RV trip back to Maine with our Solitude 280RK when in Seguin, TX our roof decided to rip off the front. Pulled off and called Back 40 Mobile RV Service. He was on another call and said he would be there in 45 minutes. Showed up on time and was very friendly. He temporarily fixed the roof. He called an owner of the local RV repair shop, led the way to the shop and helped get things setup. The rate was reasonable and he went above and beyond to help us. Great friendly service. Very knowledgeable about rvs. Would recommend if you need service. Fixed our furnace promptly. Very reasonably priced. Would use them again.
