B2B has the most knowledgeable, helpful, and outgoing staff, as well as the best prices. You can't get better service. My dog had a skin infection that was seen and misdiagnosed by multiple vets before I brought her to Dr. Laura. Laura correctly diagnosed it as a severe skin infection our first visit and my dog is now completely healthy and happy for the first time in quite a while!
RecommendedI recently took my yorkie in to have dental work done. They do a great job of being transparent and straightforward about pricing. There is never any pressure from their staff. You never feel like you’re being sold something here. I’ve been to a few clinics and I must say that staff here are attentive, kind and welcoming. Always treated with utmost respect when I come here. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff who truly love my pet. I never feel rushed when I have questions, and someone is always there with a smile to greet us.
Drove over an hour to get to this clinic & so glad I did. Very impressed!! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Dr Laura listened to my concerns & I did not feel rushed in & out like other clinics. I simply can not put into words how much the kindness shown to us by the staff at Back To Basics meant to us. We had put our baby down about 2 weeks ago and On one of the worst days of my life to date, I learned there are still good people out there.
