Serves... This GM dealership serves it's purpose. It's been around for years and by this stage in the game- knows how to work it's customers. I'm not all that comfortable with the way that things are run but after purchasing a vehicle from them I was pretty pleased with how they dealt with issues that followed. I would say that they are trying!
Pushy and bad customer service They push you hard to get the sale and then don't take care of you after the fact. Their car wash absolutely ruined my rims. They took responsibility and then offered my a $30 car wash to compensate me for $2000 rims.
