I have very good insurance and because of this doctor's "office protocols" I have changed primary care physician. I have paid out of pocket to visit the physician's assistant, my insurance called them to let them know I was covered, and they would still not see me. If you are new, do not choose Dr. Bachoura's office for your primary care physician. They care more about policy and money than they do about their patient's and their health and well being.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bachoura for over 20 years. If I was not satisfied with her as a competent medical professional I would have found another primary physician years ago; however, I have no plans on changing doctors in in the near or distant future.

My son was trying to become a new patient here. We told them our insurance information over the phone, and he took a copy of his insurance card in with him to what he thought was his appt. time. Upon his arrival he was told they cancelled his appt. because we didn’t fax in a copy of his card. I have never dealt with a more done friend cult doctor, nor have I ever had to fax in the actually card ahead of time. They just lost our business and any future referrals.
