Unprofessional, would not recommend.
They will not let you view a property before spending money on the application. Very shady. Edit: Don’t worry, I found a home with a rental management company who allowed me to decide if I even wanted to live there before applying. 👍 I hope your unprofessional reply made you feel better, though.
Woke up on a Sunday Morning and the furnace was not working. My call was immediately answered, again on a Sunday morning. They rounded up any space heaters they could find and drove them to us within minutes. Found out the furnace needed a new board and it was taken care of immediately. We have always experienced great customer service since renting with Bachmeier, but this was way above and beyond. Thank you too everyone at Bachmeier!
If by chance you decide to rent from them. Or you’re considering it. Make sure you take pics of the place before you move out. They will charge you for professional cleaning!!! They charge everyone for this when they move out. Which is NOT ok! Now after moving out I have heard so many stories similar to mine. Had I known I would have never considered renting from them. $2100.00 is a big deposit for a single mom. And to have most taken because he can, is disgusting.
