Long-time customers We purchased our Hot Springs Spa from Bachmann's almost 11 years ago & it is still going. We purchase all our spa & pool supplies from Bachmann. We love our spa & are satisfied with the products we've purchased from them. Sometimes the customer service is a bit lax when we go into the store; but we end up with what we need, so we can't complain.
another good experience we just bought our second spa from Bachmann's...same great people and same great buyng experience. it is great to see a company like this carry the same products for so long. we are on our second Grandee spa (hot spring brand) after the first one lasted 12 years! We buy all our chemicals here too becasue these epople KNOW what they are doing. thank you.
