Austin was fantastic. Just a no fuss transaction that was absolutely seamless. At no point did I feel I was dealing with a salesman just a regular dude with answers for all of my many questions. Cannot recommend enough. Both of my wacky kids (4&6) were with us during the transaction and he got us in and out and in a new car within a couple of hours.
We recently had the pleasure of working Les at Bachman Volkswagen. And yes, it was actually a pleasure working with a car salesman. He is very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy at all. Les walked us through the differences in various SUVs as well as the trim levels specifically in the Atlas. He even took the time to sit with me and show me each new feature on my car and set my preferences. Our experience was fantastic and I will look forward to working with them in the future when I want my next car.
