I am actually surprised that I am writing this review. My first experience with Bachman VW was in 2013 when I purchased a Jetta. In 2015 I took my mom Bachman VW for a new CC after my dad passed away. Service was top notch again. Now, ten years later I purchased a new to me 2023 Subaru Impreza Sport. I am loving my 2023 Tiguan! I needed to find a vehicle after hitting a deer and totaling my last Tiguan. Caleb was my salesman and he was super nice and helpful! Answered any questions I had and made the process super simple and quick! It has been great so far and I think I will be a Bachman customer for life!
My husband and I had a great experience with Caleb when purchasing our vehicle. He was in the middle of finishing up with other clients when we arrived but he made sure we were able to test drive the vehicle we were interested in while he wrapped things up. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and not at all pushy as we completed our transaction! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
