Austin was fantastic. Just a no fuss transaction that was absolutely seamless. At no point did I feel I was dealing with a salesman just a regular dude with answers for all of my many questions. Cannot recommend enough. Both of my wacky kids (4&6) were with us during the transaction and he got us in and out and in a new car within a couple of hours.
I needed a car after my engine went out and my first stop was Carter! He made sure it was everything I wanted (size, miles, color) and was very clear about what I would be paying and helping me pick the loan terms I needed. I would recommend him to everyone!
Austin, Shawn, and the whole sales team made this experience at Bachman VW - incidentally my first new car purchase in almost twenty years but also the eighth or ninth dealership I visited in this purchase process - really easy and enjoyable. I am actually surprised that I am writing this review. My first experience with Bachman VW was in 2013 when I purchased a Jetta. In 2015 I took my mom Bachman VW for a new CC after my dad passed away. Service was top notch again. Now, ten years later I purchased a new to me 2023 Subaru Impreza Sport.
