Austin was fantastic. Just a no fuss transaction that was absolutely seamless. At no point did I feel I was dealing with a salesman just a regular dude with answers for all of my many questions. Cannot recommend enough. Both of my wacky kids (4&6) were with us during the transaction and he got us in and out and in a new car within a couple of hours.
I bought a car for my wife as a birthday surprise gift and Reid and Brien were super helpful in making this happen for me. They have detailed the car and parked it in shows room for me as well. Well pleased with their service and wife loves the car as well. Thank you!
Our salesman, Les Hudson, was very helpful and patient with us as we test-drove various vehicles and in answering our many questions. We did not feel any pressure to make a decision or buy a more expensive car. Les was personable and friendly throughout the selection and buying process, and we wouldn't hesitate to refer others to the dealership.
My wife and I have owned a VW for some time now, bought elsewhere. That being said: the experience we have had concerning service on our current VW and the recent purchase of a VW from Bachman makes me want to purchase again, sooner rather than later.
